Sharing “Your” Story: 1st-Person Fiction

This class will take a deep dive into narrating from the first-person point of view. We will explore and  build skills to discover:

  • Is the narration first-person central or first-person peripheral?

  • How do you build rapport and create intrigue with your listener?

  • How does the tense of the story (past or present) affect the narration?

  • How does personality, opinion, and bias affect the narration?

  • How do you handle supporting characters and dialogue in first-person narration?

Class is $119, Payable via Zelle (preferred, margueritegavinnarration@gmail.com). Or check.
